Der Tag beginnt scheinbar wie immer – und endet dann ganz anders: Ein Kind, das nicht mehr nach Hause kommt. Ein Jugendlicher, der sich komplett verweigert. Eltern, die nicht mehr wissen, was richtig oder falsch ist. Was tun? Nicht selten ist das genau der Moment, in dem professionelle Unterstützung gebraucht wird.
Unsere Ambulanten Hilfen begleiten Kinder, Jugendliche und Familien genau dort, wo es darauf ankommt: Im Alltag, im eigenen Zuhause und im direkten Lebensumfeld. Wir arbeiten ressourcenorientiert und nach dem Prinzip „Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe“. Dabei hat der Kinderschutz immer oberste Priorität.
Zu unseren Angeboten gehören die Sozialpädagogische Familienhilfe, der Erziehungsbeistand, der Begleitete Umgang, das Sozialpädagogische Clearing sowie die Intensive sozialpädagogische Einzelbetreuung.
Manchmal geht es um Struktur. Manchmal um Schutz. Und manchmal einfach darum, dass jemand da ist.

The day seems to start as usual – and then ends quite differently: a child who doesn’t come home. A teenager who completely shuts down. Parents who no longer know what is right or wrong. What can be done? All too often, this is precisely the moment when professional support is needed.
Our outpatient support services accompany children, young people and families exactly where it matters most: in everyday life, in their own homes and in their immediate living environment. We work in a resource-oriented manner and according to the principle of ‘helping people to help themselves’. Child protection is always our top priority.
Our services include social-educational family support, parenting support, supervised contact, social-educational clearing and intensive individual social-educational support.
Sometimes it’s about structure. Sometimes it’s about protection. And sometimes it’s simply about having someone there.
